Domain 3201

I placed an urgent maintenance request for my water heater @ 1:15pm. The maintenance supervisor Pete, returned my call about 15 minutes later and was at my apartment within the hour to inspect the water heater. I honestly didn't think that my water heater would be replaced so quickly. It was replaced in less than 2 hours. If I could give 10 stars...I would. I've lived here for a few years now and I can honestly say there is a huge difference with the upkeep of this apartment complex. Pete and 2 other staff members were so attentive and kind throughout this whole process. Super grateful to be a resident of this community.

We had a little hiccup with the wait time of our maintenance request but once we realized the preferred way of the office, to receive maintenance requests; we had everything fixed by the next day. Thanks to Pete! He showed up on time and was very friendly and welcoming, and fixed all of our issues without a problem. I know we can rely on him in the future and it’s nice to know we have such a great maintenance team on the property :)

I just moved in a month ago and despite what I was told about Domain 3201, the rent is the most affordable in Tucson; The admin is nice and understanding enough to help me navigate my first Tucson apartment journey; and the people here are nice! They hold fun holiday competitions too, like a food drive that can get you nominated for a free turkey or a discount on rent if you decorate your apartment the best! This place is incredibly friendly and its rich culture helps to make it a welcoming place to live It has 3 incredible pool areas, a surprisingly clean and useful gym, a printing area for those who can't afford a printer, a tennis court, a cornhole play area, a dog park, and so much more! This is definitely a place anyone can call home The office team, especially Valerie, have helped me to move here and adjust painlessly. Because of them, I was able to get moved in within 3 days of being approved for my application! (I had to wait for TEP over the weekend). They're very nice people and are openly inviting to the complex Not to mention the team of fixers like Pedro that helped me get my weather seal on my door so that I wouldn't waste my money on the electric bill by letting all of my cold/warm air out under the front door. Not only that, but I am pretty sure they put some kind of spell on these apartments to make sure there are no bugs in the area because I have not dealt with a single critter in my apartment since I've moved in! I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing either but I haven't really asked either. Regardless, it is a very clean community to live in Ultimately, of all the apartment complexes I've been to, this one is hands down the best. Thank you Tucson and Thank you Domain for giving me a nice place to live.
